We are so excited to share that our very own Katherine Roye has been listed as one of this year’s Grand Rapids Business Journal 40 Under 40 business leaders in West Michigan. Since 2016, Katherine has served as Client Service & Program Specialist at Jennifer Maxson & Associates. Hers is the first face that many of our participants see when they attend a program, and she expertly guides new clients through the onboarding process to become comfortable with our services. Katherine is also responsible for creating and customizing materials for each program that are a valuable resource for our partners.
In addition, Katherine was instrumental in helping our team develop 20+ virtual programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a quick pivot and a seamless transition that has enabled our team to continue serving clients in real-time on virtual platforms.
“We’re so proud of Katherine and this 40 Under 40 honor,” said Jennifer Maxson. “Her professional skills are a gift to this team, and her community involvement is a gift to West Michigan. She embodies our mission to Enhance the credibility of leaders even as she leads in our community.”
Katherine also serves on the board of the Grand Rapids Young Professionals and is a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids. She founded a DEI Advisory Council for GRYP made up of local DEI leaders and was a founding member and now serves as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee for the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids. Her community service includes time spent with Michigan Women Forward empowering high school students, and especially young women, to communicate effectively.
