Jennifer Maxson & Associates is celebrating our 4th anniversary. Although our organization under the JMA banner is 4 years old, our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in leadership development, coaching, and communication programming to the table. Most recently, we’ve navigated a global pandemic and found creative ways to provide exceptional value to our clients as their teams react, adapt, and move forward through these difficult times.
Looking back over the last year and a half through the COVID-19 pandemic, our President Jennifer Maxson said, “I’m most proud of our team’s willingness to adapt to change. Everything has changed, from our day to day routines, interactions with client, and delivering programs and services. Being quick, nimble, and open to new ideas has allowed us to bring new possibilities and opportunities for our clients, participants, and our team.”
“The fact that our programs and service offerings went from 100% in-person to 100% virtual is incredible,” said Jennifer. “This is a journey for all of us. I’m excited to see how we can get to the next level—for us and for our clients.”
As we celebrate 4 years at JMA, we are increasingly grateful for the team and partners that have helped us thrive. Here are a few of the highlights:
- Branching into new industries
Our team has formed relationships in new spaces, allowing us to personalize our programs and services to professionals in the logistics, utilities, and technology sectors.
- Crafted synchronous, virtual programming
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our team quickly pivoted to offer completely virtual, synchronous, instructor-led sessions. We learned how to use new tools to continue engaging participants, many of whom were tuning in from home.
- Expanding our coaching program
We added new dimensions to our coaching offerings, including a program tailored for emerging leaders, Lead to the Max!® Coaching.
- Engaging in guest speaking opportunities
Our speaking team has been asked to share leadership and communication lessons at a variety of in-house and public speaking engagements. We value these opportunities to speak to a new audience and craft a message for their specific event.
- Enhancing our most popular programs
While we’ve introduced several new offerings, we’ve also enhanced our most popular programs to continue utilizing the newest tools available. We continually upgrade our sessions with the latest research to support participants and make the information stick.
