Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires new professionals to maximize their personal and professional potential by increasing self-awareness and confidence. By providing coaching to new professionals, we are building and supporting employees to be well-prepared and confident in their new role in your organization.

Coaching package includes:
- Everything DiSC® Assessment
- Intake session and wrap-up meeting with Manager and Coachee
- Six virtual coaching sessions to take place over 3-6 months
Our Lead to the Max!® Coaching Process:
Step 1
Intake meetings with Individual and Sponsor. The purpose is to gather information and create alignment around the focus for the New Professional Coaching engagement.
Step 2
Our coach and the Coachee will set personal focus areas.
Step 3
Together, our coach and the Coachee will create a working coaching plan. This plan will be reviewed and evaluated at every coaching session.
Step 4
Implement the coaching plan.
Step 5
Our coach will provide support for change. During the coaching engagement, our coach will also be in contact with the Sponsor to receive feedback on performance results.
Step 6
Accountability for implementing the behaviors identified during the Coaching process.
Step 7
A wrap-up meeting with the Coachee to share the key learnings and close the coaching engagement.
